Lōkahi Links - A Ladies Only Golf Wellness Retreat

Join us for a restorative & interactive golf wellness retreat! This will be a day long retreat (8am-5pm) with a beautiful intersection of modalities from different local professional service providers. Golf is SO much more than just golf, rather it’s a full body sensorial experience that requires us to tap into more than just our golf swing.

We will begin by grounding in the sunshine with a 1 hour yoga based movement class for golf with Dr. Nandini Rampersaud, local Orthopedic Physical Therapist + Pelvic Health Specialist.

Kiaka Gaughen, MEd Counseling & Guidance, will be guiding us through a mental coaching session so we can more easily tune into our na’au (heart centered intuition) during the round, control our emotions, and visualize from a more grounded place on the course.
