Join us at the Hualalai Golf Hale for a Ladies Only Golf Forever Workout Class with Hawai'i's 1st and only certified instructor - Kacey Coyle!
She'll be guiding us through a 45 minute circuit style class that focuses on mobility, strength, balance & flexibility. Golf Forever is a unique style of training that uses their specific training tools & exercises to help you deeper understand and mimic the "feel" that we're all chasing in our golf swing! It begins with a quick assessment to help understand where your personal main areas of focus lie then we'll go through a tailored program of workouts that she chose for us!
We will have sponsored workout outfits by The Honey League in a beautiful cerulean blue! Size inclusive offerings (S-XL). If you register by September 15th you can choose your outfit or we will have some available on-site that morning.
